Olivier Desforges is committed to providing superior customer service and customer satisfaction.

To meet the needs of our online customers, we offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise mailed to U.S. addresses. Please note that there will be a 5% restocking fee on all returned items that have been removed from their original packaging.

If you are uncertain about a pattern or style, we recommend that you purchase a boudoir sham or wash mitt as a sample to ensure your full satisfaction prior to making your final purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within five (5) days of receipt of the merchandise. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, as we cannot accept a return of any item that has been used or washed.

If the product is opened, please re-package it as originally shipped, including all tags and product inserts. Olivier Desforges reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less the restocking charge.

The sales receipt must accompany returned items. Please retain a copy for your records.

Procedure for returning an item to Olivier Desforges:

1. E-mail our customer service department ( ) within five (5) days of receipt to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container.

2. Ship your return PREPAID AND INSURED for the full purchase price by a trackable carrier such as UPS or FEDEX. If you ship via the United States Postal Service, we recommend that you request a receipt signature. Uninsured items that are lost or damaged will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you are returning a product because it is defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Olivier Desforges will pay the return shipping costs and there will not be a restocking charge.
